Standard service is Free on all orders and prices relate to mainland UK

Standard Service is upto 14 days for the engraving to be done and dispatched
and then the time Royal Mail take to deliver to your door Second Class Postage.

Free delivery to any UK address is available on all products. When the free delivery option is selected, your order will be processed over a 14 working day period(not including weekends and bank holidays) then sent using a non-tracked, non-insured method. In the unlikely event that an item sent by free delivery is delayed or lost, we will need to wait the full time-frame stipulated by the carrier before we can deal with the issue.

For Royal Mail items sent to the UK - this is 15 working days (3 weeks) from the date the item was sent.

If you would like your order to be sent by a tracked method or is urgent, we recommend selecting bronze,silver or gold delivery.

How long will it take to be delivered?

All orders are processed within 24hrs, if your order is going to take longer than asked for you will be notified in this time.   Delivery times can vary depending on the service used. All orders placed are sent via Royal Mail  delivery service.  Please allow upto 5 working days.

All standard orders are sent free of charge using Royal Mail's 2nd class recorded delivery service. All others are sent 1st class delivery and all despatch details are sent via email at time of despatch.  Orders should reach you within 2 working days of being dispatched.

If you require an item the very next day, please contact us.  We may be able to schedule your item in.  Please note additional charges may apply.

I'm worried that delicate items will be damaged!

Please do not worry about your item arriving damaged.  Almost all of our items are sent using bubble wrapped envelopes / boxes as standard at no additional cost to you.  

We take pride not only in our items but also the condition they arrive in.  Please contact us immediately should your item arrive damaged.

*  Our next day delivery is guaranteed however sometimes it is outwith our control and if it is not  delivered on time we will only refund the postal cost.
